The Printing Division (PD) operates the printing workshop to provide printing services to government bureaux and departments. It is also responsible for advising bureaux and departments on all matters relating to printing, including the use and purchase of printing equipment and accessories.

As for public services, PD's webpage on the e-Gazette allows the public to access the Gazette through the internet. The public can also publish public notices in the Gazette through the PD. The PD also provides calendars of recent years for the public to download.
