Grade Management Unit
The Grade Management Unit is mainly responsible to: -
| (a) | administer the Chauffeur, Special Driver
and Motor Driver grades from entry to exit,
including conduct and discipline, staff relations
and training; |
| (b) | organize staff motivation
schemes e.g. Ten Outstanding Drivers Award
and Safe Driving
Award; & |
| (c) | implement customer service and quality programmes. |
The establishment of Chauffeur Grade which comprises of three ranks, Special Driver and Motor Driver Grades are as follows: -
