For purchase tenders,
tenderers MUST attach
to each tender a RECEIPT
showing that they have deposited at the Government
Logistics Department the sum indicated in the
tender as a pledge of the bona fides of their
tenders. This sum shall be forfeited to the Government
if any tenderer fails or refuses to implement
an accepted tender. The deposits will be returned
to unsuccessful tenderers.
The Government does
not bind itself to accept the lowest supply tender
or the highest purchase tender or any tender and
reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer
about the terms of the offer.
